Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant manager role in a full service restaurant
• Proven record of tenure and growth in previous positions
• Experience with fundamental Restaurant Manager Admin; schedule writing, ordering, inventory, managing with motivation and accountability
• Drive and passion for hospitality and culture

Restaurant Manager Basic Responsibilities:

• Hands on in operations at this busy location
• Manage day to day operations; staff and guest interactions, setting up for success, adapting to fluid situations in a fast-paced environment
• Quality Control-manage service and service of food and beverages to ensure guest delight
• Motivate team to perform, set and hold high standards
• Recruit, onboard and train staff. Maintain a culture of constant team development
