Director of Revenue Management
Great opportunity for a Director of Revenue Management in the hospitality industry! Your role will be maximizing revenue opportunities and ensuring strategic pricing and inventory management across multiple properties.
The responsibilities of this role include:
· Analyzing market trends and forecasting demand to optimize room rates, promotions, and distribution channels.
· Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to maintain profitability and competitive positioning while focusing on guest satisfaction.
· Providing leadership to revenue management teams and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Presenting actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
· The Director plays a key role in driving revenue growth and ensuring the overall success of the properties under their purview.
· Training Catering, Sales, conference services, and front desk teams as needs in best practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity in systems.
This position is based in the Triangle area of North Carolina. Burlington, Mebane and Hillsborough would be a commutable distance.
Qualifications:
· Experience in revenue management, multi-property or area role in the hospitality industry.
· Must be familiar with creating a 13-month revenue strategy plan
· Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS).
· Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
· Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset.
