Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- Ability to manage $6+ million in annual revenue
- Review monthly P&L statements and act on variances
- Ability to successfully lead a large team & maintain brand standards
- Teacher and coach mentality
- Steak and Seafood experience a plus
- Scratch kitchen experience
