Upscale Executive Sushi Chef Qualifications:
- High level of proficiency, refinement, ability, and skill set w/ Asian cuisine, Sushi, and fresh ingredients
- 3+ years experience as an Executive Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Chef
- High volume, upscale dining, and refined style
- Decent tenures -No "job hoppers"
- Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
- Hands-on and attention to detail a must
Upscale Executive Sushi Chef Responsibilities:
- Leads BOH upscale/fine dining shift operations
- Controls food and labor costs
- Supports, trains, and developed the culinary team
- Upholds highest standards of product execution, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
- Communicates with the team, sets expectations, and provides accountability
Upscale Executive Sushi Chef Benefits:
- 75k-120k salary range based on experience
