Job Summary

As the HR Manager, you will lead HR initiatives that align with our company values and growth objectives. Your role will encompass recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and overall HR strategy. We’re looking for a professional with strong interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to supporting employees and management. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are highly preferred to support our diverse team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, addressing questions and concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment
  • Oversee recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Implement and support performance review processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance goals and development
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Identify training needs, develop programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives to support growth and engagement
  • Maintain accurate employee records, generate HR reports, and analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • Drive initiatives that support employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion, contributing to a positive company culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an HR management or generalist role within hospitality
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HRCI or SHRM certification
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth industry
  • Background in employee training and development
