Director of Hotel Sales and Marketing Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years in sales management within the hotel industry, with full-service or branded hotel experience preferred
• Demonstrated success in meeting revenue goals and strong skills in marketing, negotiation, and sales processes
• Oversee all hotel sales and marketing strategies, directing efforts to achieve budgeted revenue goals
• Develop and execute plans to boost top-line revenues, ensuring monthly and quarterly revenue targets are met
• Serve as the hotel’s ambassador, fostering partnerships and enhancing the hotel’s visibility within the community
• Provide regular updates on sales and catering revenue, participating actively in weekly yield meetings
