Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Manager to lead high-impact consulting projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make significant contributions in a challenging and rewarding environment. The Consulting Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and managing consulting projects related to Controllership, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). This individual will work in a hybrid environment, with three days in the office and two days from home, ensuring flexibility while maintaining collaboration with the team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage consulting projects in the areas of Controllership, Treasury, and FP&A for a large publicly traded company.
  • Drive change management initiatives and process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with company goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and support in financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • 4 to 7 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm, with a focus on Controllership, Change Management, and Process Improvement.
  • Experience in a publicly traded company is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading consulting projects and driving change within large organizations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
