General Manager Role

As a General Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant’s success. Your role will involve leading, inspiring, and developing an exceptional team, driving outstanding restaurant performance, and managing operations with a focus on people, quality, and financial success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and mentoring Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Team Members to achieve excellence
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, including opening, closing, and essential administrative responsibilities
• Building a well-rounded team by hiring, training, and coaching staff with an emphasis on positive growth and development
• Ensuring top-tier standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Engaging effectively with staff, guests, vendors, and corporate partners to build a cohesive, positive atmosphere
• Listening to guest feedback and addressing concerns to ensure memorable experiences
• Meeting financial goals and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• Aged 21 or older
• 2+ years as a General Manager in hospitality (buffet and contract food service experience is a plus!)
• Strong multitasking skills with an ability to meet deadlines independently
• Proficiency in all areas of restaurant operations
