Senior Living Wellness Director Qualifications

• Minnesota Registered Nursing license
• Clinical leadership experience, senior living preferred
• Ability to comply with state audit requirements, including maintaining up to date and complete documentation for residents
• Commitment to exceptional elder care

Senior Living Wellness Director Responsibilities

• Oversee care staff in conjunction with Executive Director
• Assess incoming residents for level of care
• Coordinate with care staff to observe and document fluctuations in resident's condition
• Compliance with all state regulations and guidelines
