Vice President of Sales Development Benefits:

Vice President of Sales Development Qualifications:
· Successful track record of selecting and developing a sales team, creating and training sales systems and processes
· Best Sales practices in the RV/MH business is a plus
· Excellent communication and Leadership skills
· Strong entrepreneurial spirit
· Travel about 30% of the time
Vice President of Sales Development Responsibilities:
· Achieve and exceed manufactured home sales goals at multiple locations in multiple states
· Inspire and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering a people-first culture
· Create and design sales processes, systems and strategies that align with company values and KPIs
· Identify, recruit, interview, select and develop top sales talent committed to our people-centered approach
· Work with marketing and other executives, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals
· Build and ensure strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and other team members
· Encourage an entrepreneurial spirit, allowing the sales team to explore new approaches while refining systems
