Job Summary
This Beautiful Resort and retreat destination located in North Carolina is looking to add an Executive Chef to its Team!
This position is about an hour outside of Charlotte. Open to Relocation, or commuting candidates.
We are seeking a talented and passionate Farm-to-Table Head Chef to lead our culinary team in creating exceptional dishes using the freshest and locally-sourced ingredients.
The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for sustainable, organic, and seasonal produce and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen's farm-to-table concept.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Creating memorable seasonally inspired Farm to table dishes for our guests
- Utilize our produce from our greenhouses to the fullest
- Lead and motivate our Culinary teams
- Execute meals for all of our functions. Weddings, corporate retreats, etc...
- lead improvements in culinary operations.
- Uphold all Culinary sanitation standards.
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- At least five years of relevant culinary experience. (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering)
- Knowledge of food safety; maintain Servsafe Certification
- Must pass a background check
- Experience leading a culinary team and crafting uniquely inspired food.
