Vice President of Sales
Growing Company is looking for a VP of Sales that aligns with the company’s “People First” values with expertise in process improvement, selecting Sales talent, training and coaching.
Vice President of Sales Benefits and Qualifications:
· Generous Base salary in 150k to 165k range.
· Plus- Performance compensation Bonus
· Plus- Sales Commission

· Relocation reimbursement
· Previous successful track record of selecting and developing a sales team and creating and training Sales systems and processes.
· Experience and knowledge of Best Sales practices in the RV/MH business is a plus
· Excellent communication, relationship building and Leadership skills.
· Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to adapt to change in a quick paced and dynamic environment.
· Able to travel about 30% of the time.
Vice President of Sales Responsibilities:
· Responsible for achieving and exceeding manufactured home sales goals at multiple locations within Multiple states.
· Inspire, mentor, coach and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed home sales targets while fostering a people-first culture.
· Create and Design sales processes, systems and strategies that align with company values and KPIs.
· Identify, recruit, interview, select and develop top sales talent committed to our people-centered approach.
· Collaborate with marketing, other executives, and clients to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and other team members.
· Encourage an entrepreneurial spirit and culture of creativity, allowing the sales team to explore new approaches and refine systems and techniques.
