You’ll work impeccably to synchronize the energy of the room and maintain a positive, organized environment.

Fine Dining Maitre d' Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Bring 3+ years of high-end food, beverage, and exceptional fine dining service management expertise.
• Adapt swiftly, with the ability to prioritize on the go.
• Possess extraordinary communication skills and manage the flow of seating.
• Familiarity with industry critics and the ability to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Provide leadership to foster a cohesive, positive work environment.
• Maintain dining room organization and partner closely with the Chef throughout service.
• Skilled communicator with an eye for industry critics.
• Able to make decisions under pressure, maintain composure, and adapt to changing priorities.
