This stable and growing Hotel group is seeking an experienced District/Area Vice President of Hotel Operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of just under 20 hotels in Western, NY. If you have are driven, team focused, and have experience leading operations for multiple select Service/Limited Service Hotel brands, apply today!

District Vice President of Hotel Operations - Relocate to Western, NY Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business, or equivalent experience
  • A leadership mindset and experience with Marriott and/or Hilton properties required
  • Strong financial acumen and the ability analyze profit and loss statements
  • Tech savvy with an understanding of computers, software, and proprietary systems; experience with MS WORD and EXCEL is a must
  • Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel

District Vice President of Hotel Operations - Relocate to Western, NY Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee hotel operations with a focus on guest service, housekeeping, maintenance, and sales
  • Direction and oversight of area Department Heads and regional hotel teams
  • Supervision and support of District Directors and Hotel General Managers
  • Evaluate operational and financial results and improve processes to achieve greater profitability
  • Promote and foster a positive and cooperative work environment
