This individual will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of just under 20 hotels in Western, NY. District Vice President of Hotel Operations - Relocate to Western, NY Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business, or equivalent experience
- A leadership mindset and experience with Marriott and/or Hilton properties required
- Strong financial acumen and the ability analyze profit and loss statements
- Tech savvy with an understanding of computers, software, and proprietary systems; experience with MS WORD and EXCEL is a must
- Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel
District Vice President of Hotel Operations - Relocate to Western, NY Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee hotel operations with a focus on guest service, housekeeping, maintenance, and sales
- Direction and oversight of area Department Heads and regional hotel teams
- Supervision and support of District Directors and Hotel General Managers
- Evaluate operational and financial results and improve processes to achieve greater profitability
- Promote and foster a positive and cooperative work environment
