Key Qualifications for Director of Sales:
- 7+ years in sales leadership, preferably in restaurant equipment, foodservice, or other B2B industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-achieving sales teams.
- Skilled in developing partnerships with major clients and creating new business relationships, with a strong focus on delivering tailored solutions.
- Proven experience in designing sales strategies aligned with company goals for sustainable growth.
- History of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with an ability to lead effectively.
- Proficient in analyzing sales data, tracking market trends, and using customer feedback to inform strategic planning and increase revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic, long-term focus.
- Collaborative approach, working alongside Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
