Marketing Director Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing leadership, ideally within restaurant equipment, foodservice, or related industries.
  • Experience in e-commerce; skilled in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and digital ad tools.
  • Proficient in leveraging data and KPIs for decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing impactful marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication skills with a background in content development and storytelling.

Marketing Director Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead and execute multi-channel initiatives—digital, email, content, and events—to drive lead generation and strengthen brand identity.
  • Design and deploy strategic marketing plans that boost brand visibility, engage key audiences, and support sales objectives.
  • Track market trends, competitor actions, and customer insights to inform high-level marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure unified brand messaging.
  • Manage online platforms, social media, and digital ads to maintain a robust digital presence and increase lead flow.
