Director of Finance Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA is a big plus!!
• 3 years of supervisory experience
• 6 years of accounting/finance experience
• Expertise in property management/real estate is preferred
• Proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting systems
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 and financial management software
