Executive Chef Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as an Executive Chef in a fast-paced, high volume environment ($8M +)
• Mediterranean or South American cuisine knowledge
• Detail oriented leader with passion for details and dedication to developing team of chefs
• Proficiency with scheduling, purchasing and inventories
