Sous Chef Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Hit the ground running as stores reopen, ready for a busy summer season!
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate culinary team
• Manage with a firm but fair leadership style
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with high volumes- $5+ million preferred
• Manage food costs and control with a hands-on management approach
• Ability and drive to work well under pressure
