Are you a hands-on leader with a knack for organization and strong communication skills? Our upscale hotel and restaurant are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a large team of stewards and work closely with hotel engineers and maintenance staff.

Facilities Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a large team of stewards, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Act as the primary liaison for communication between the hotel’s engineering and maintenance teams.
• Manage daily schedules, monitor inventory, and maintain a smooth operation across all shifts.
• Ensure prompt and effective maintenance responses to facility issues, with a proactive approach to equipment upkeep.

Facilities Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Availability for early morning shifts.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Facilities Manager Compensation:

• $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience
• Medical, Dental , Vision
• PTO
