Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires a strong leader with a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for Italian cuisine and culture. The Restaurant Manager will also collaborate closely with the kitchen and beverage teams to optimize service quality and maintain smooth operations.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring efficient service, quality control, and outstanding guest experiences
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during high-volume service periods
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and employee well-being.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or issues, maintaining professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary while managing budgets and controlling costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting; experience with Italian cuisine preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with guests and staff
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially under pressure
  • Experience in inventory control, cost management, and budget adherence
