Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• Multiple years of experience as a GM in a casual dining environment
• Knowledge or experience with pizza
• Familiarity with local Orlando market trends and dynamics
• Create and maintain a positive and professional work culture
• Highly experienced with P&L, inventory, labor and non labor cost controls
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for the pizza industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
