Fast Food District Manager

Position Overview: As our District Manager, you’ll oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring they meet operational standards, achieve financial goals, and maintain a positive, customer-focused atmosphere. You’ll be instrumental in developing talent, driving sales, and upholding brand standards across the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations across multiple fast-food units
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build strong teams
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by driving service excellence
- Ensure financial goals are met, including sales growth and cost control
- Foster a positive company culture and maintain adherence to brand standards
- Utilize strong communication and adaptability to ensure all locations are aligned with company goals
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of District Manager experience, preferably in fast-food or fast-casual environments
- Experience with drive-thru operations is essential
- Strong financial acumen with a focus on sales and cost control
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
