Quality Manager
We are currently searching for an experienced Quality Manager for a well-established company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day manufacturing, production, logistics, and overall business operations.
Quality Manager Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all operations and the entire production cycle, including the workforce, machinery & tooling, production, processes, materials, supplies, facilities, and safety.
• Lead and manage our operations and manufacturing teams as orders are processed through the shop, including contract review, production planning, manufacturing operations, and inventory and shipment activities.
• Lead the development, resource planning, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing capabilities to implement improvements in quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment that encourages and motivates employees to meet and exceed our commitment to satisfying customers in terms of price, delivery, and quality.
• Ensure effective communication between shifts and other departments by ensuring established communication methods regarding company performance and safety.
Quality Manager Requirements:
• BS/MS in business, engineering, operations management, or experience in a related field is preferred.
• 8+ years of Manufacturing Management experience
• 5+ years of Machine Shop/CNC experience
• ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 experience
Quality Manager Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary base $95K - $110K on experience
