• Experience: Candidates with experience managing operations for upscale or fine dining establishments, with a preference for those handling $10 million+ revenue streams (though $7 million+ is acceptable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume, upscale dining or eatertainment venue

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in upscale dining or fine dining management roles
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale operations with $7 million+ in revenue (preference for $10 million+)
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage high-energy teams
• A deep passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to excellence in hospitality
