Assistant General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Must be a self-starter who takes initiative to identify opportunities and provide solutions
• Must have at least 1 year restaurant management experience
• Must be highly organized with exceptional time management skills
• Must have strong communication skills with both guests and the team
• Must have strong hospitality skills with ability to teach and develop the team
• You will oversee operations, manage staff, assist with events - solve problems!
• You will work directly with our guests to make the experience memorable
• You will assist in hiring, training, and scheduling the FOH team
• You will uphold standards and make suggestions on how to improve existing standards
