Our client, a top hospitality business in Chicago, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager. This role reports to the General Manager and Chief HR Group Officer.

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies ensuring legal compliance.
• Oversee talent acquisition and retention.
• Enhance employee experience through engagement programs.
• Coordinate training programs and liaise with the global training team.

Human Resources Manager Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or 5 years of HR experience.
• Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the tourism, hospitality, or service industries is a plus.
