Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• 2+ years of upscale or fine dining experience is a must
• Operational execution of both formal lunch and dinner service
• Models hospitality and delivers service excellence
• Develops staff and holds peers and staff accountable to expected results
• Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes.
• Ability to work within budgets and schedule labor accordingly
