QSR Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

QSR Assistant General Manager Qualifications:


  • Experience:  Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in restaurant management (fast food experience preferred).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education is a plus.
  • Track Record:  Proven track record of managing a team and achieving operational goals.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficient in understanding P&L statements and driving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interactive skills.
  • Technical Proficiency:  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Multi-Tasking:  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility:  Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
