Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional District Manager who will support the management, sales, and operations of multiple stores in the San Diego area. If you are experienced with customer oriented retail sales, and enjoy building multiple teams, please apply today!


Regional District Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee management from multiple store locations, while holding them accountable
  • Set expectations for managers to provide excellent service and continuous development
  • Ability to plan, and organize, accordingly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure all deadlines are met on time
  • Ability to develop, recruit, and train to the standards of the organization. 
  • Monitor and continuously review retail schedules execution to effectively meet business needs.
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages
  • Display excellent time management skills, and multitask effectively while prioritizing projects
  • Meet or exceed set metric goals while maintaining a high level of customer service 
  • Review and analyze diverse business reports and data to propose strategic plans

Regional District Manager Qualifications:

  • Multi-unit management experience in the retail sales industry
  • The ability to travel 85% of the time is a job requirement
  • Experienced with high touch, commission type retail sales experience
  • Must display superior verbal, written, presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
  • Ability to write and review business correspondence, and effectively present information and reports
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college; or 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs
