Our client is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in our Denver, CO office. ACCOUNT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of applicable insurance experience
  • Active CO P&C license
  • Flexibility to travel

ACCOUNT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for all client requests within an assigned book of business, managing a mix of mid-market and large/complex accounts with approximate revenue between $1.5 million to $2 million.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive to prepare all relevant renewal materials, including Exposure Updates, Applications, Premium & Loss Summaries, Coverage Comparisons, and Premium & Rate Comparisons.
  • Facilitate client meetings, handle negotiations, conduct technical analyses, and assist in program design with oversight from the Account Executive.
  • Support new business initiatives and assist the Account Executive with new client onboarding processes.
  • Proactively anticipate client challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers.
  • Oversee premium allocations, surplus lines template preparation, certificate of insurance management, and policy endorsement processes; resolve coverage and premium discrepancies; and review audits on expired or non-renewed policies.
