Our new fine-dining Italian Restaurant in New York City is seeking a charming and polished Maître d. The Maître d plays a crucial role in welcoming all guests and ensuring the warmest and finest experience possible.

Restaurant Maitre d' Responsibilities: 

• Experience with recognizing industry critics
• Provide leadership to build and maintain a strong, yet positive, work environment
• Maintain the organization of the dining room
• Partner directly with the Chef throughout the service and communicate effectively

Restaurant Maître d' Requirements: 

• 3 years of high-end food, beverage, and service management experience
• Ability to think on your feet and recognize when priorities need to be adjusted
• Outstanding communications skills
• Communicate and manage the flow of seating
