Sous Chef Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as fine dining or upscale casual sous chef
• Passion for food and strong culinary skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong leadership skills

Sous Chef Responsibilities

• Oversee Kitchen Managers and Back of House staff
• Support managing kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in food preparation.
• Assist in menu creation, maintaining inventory, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
• Steps in for the Head Chef when needed, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
