Pediatric Chief Nursing Office Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement plans for providing nursing care, treatment, and services, including the determination of the types/numbers of nursing personnel necessary to provide nursing care need for each location.
• Develop a patient-focused, team-oriented culture, working in conjunction with all other medical, clinical, and therapeutic disciplines to ensure optimal service and superior outcomes.
• Take full responsibility for the quality of nursing care provided.

Pediatric Chief Nursing Office Requirements

• Texas RN License or Nurse Compact License
• Required Minimum of 2 years experience in the Pediatric Setting
• Prefer 3 years of Leadership experience

Pediatric Chief Nursing Officer Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary $110-125,000 Depending on Experience
