Pediatric Director of Nursing Responsibilities:

•  Hire, evaluate, coordinate, motivate, monitor performance, schedule and supervise department staff in accordance with company policy. 
• Assist in policy review and development for the facility.
•  Liaison with hospital personnel, physicians, community organizations, and other health-related service agencies to provide care to the clients. 
•  Make recommendations to the Physicians, Therapists, and clients with respect to the appropriate care and coordination of care. 

Pediatric Director of Nursing Requirements

• Texas RN License or Nurse Compact License
• Required Minimum of 2 years experience in the Pediatric Setting
• Prefer 1-year of Leadership experience

Pediatric Director of Nursing Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary $90-100,000 Depending on Experience
