This established, successful, and growing Select Service Hotel group is seeking a talented Area Vice President of Hotel Operations who will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 15 hotel properties under a variety of brands and in the Western, NY Region. If you have a background of ensuring superior guest service, quality standards, and profit through revenue generation and cost control, we'd like to speak with you today!

Area Vice President of Hotel Operations Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the oversight of the hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, food and beverage and human resources of all properties within the assigned hotel portfolio
- Direction of the Regional Department Heads in the area
- Directly supervises District Directors and General Managers
- Evaluate operational and financial results of assigned properties regularly
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment between property management and corporate team
Area Vice President of Hotel Operations Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from a four year college or university or equivalent experience
- Must have a leadership mindset with detailed and broad vision
- Superior financial acumen and experience analyzing profit and loss statements
- Understanding of technology, computers, software, and property management systems; experience with MS WORD and EXCEL is strongly preferred
- Valid drivers license, acceptable driving history, and a willingness to travel is a must
