Key Responsibilities:

• Sharpen and maintain tool/die equipment regularly
• Measure and mark materials accurately for cutting and sharpening
• Install and repair production dies as needed to maintain operations
• Program and operate machines to ensure the correct size and speed settings
• Replace and grind worn tools to keep production running smoothly
• Ensure all machine specifications and processes meet production standards

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of experience working with dies, including sharpening and maintenance
• Proficiency in operating lathes, surface grinders, and milling machines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
