As Head Chef, you will:

  • Lead and mentor Sous Chefs and BOH staff.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations, managing prep and service.
  • Oversee food production, ordering, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager for a unified, successful restaurant operation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of high-volume kitchen management experience.
  • Strong leadership, training, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in cost control and food safety standards.
