Service Manager Job Requirements:

  • Deliver outstanding guest experience to every guest through highly trained and supported team members
  • Create a Culture focused on its people as the #1 asset
  • Daily Supervision of the hourly team members, providing feedback and support on time
  • Drive Sales Growth through operational excellence and outstanding training of Team Members
  • Quality of Operations through adherence to company standards and team member accountability
  • Will ensure consistent execution of all FOH and BOH systems and profitability by providing and ensuring quality training, coaching, and follow-through.

Service Manager Job Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of management experience required.
  • 1+ years of Full-Service restaurant management experience required.
  • 1+ years of FOH management experience required.
  • Management of at least 15 staff members required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
