Assistant General Manager Responsibilities: 

• Drive sales initiatives through excellent guest service  
• Promote a healthy people culture 
• Manage day-to-day operations, P&L and cost areas, and inventories 
• Develop and promote team members 

Assistant General Manager Requirements: 

• 2-4 years of Manager experience in high-volume casual dining concept 
• Initiative -- takes risks and brings ideas to the table 
• Efficient and solution-oriented thinker 
• Collaborative team player
