Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant of $3M+ annual sales volume
• Excellent financial acumen and a growth mindset with proven ability to run a successful business
• Systems-oriented approach to operations management
• Driver of a culture centered on employee retention and guest experience
• Strong tenures in mostly full-service restaurant settings
