Job Summary

We are an award-winning global social entertainment concept looking for our next General Manager for our upcoming opening. We’ve paired our entertainment with delicious food and craft cocktails, a beautiful venue design, and an incredible high-energy atmosphere to deliver an unforgettable experience!


The GM will be responsible for all day-to-day venue operations, as well as helping establish our concept nationwide. This role presents the possibility of becoming part of an exciting brand in the social entertainment space with tremendous growth opportunities.

General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of restaurant or entertainment venue General Manager experience
  • Able to uphold the company's Core Values: Warm, Innovative, Passionate, and Togetherness
  • Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
  • Excited to be involved in the community
  • You are a people-first leader who cares about delivering an amazing experience for both our guests and team.
  • Ability to understand data, financials, and analytics to develop key performance insights
  • An operator who is innovative, detailed-oriented, effective at prioritization, and most of all excited to take on an entrepreneurial role with a fast-growing company
