The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, leadership skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.

Requirements for the Lead HVAC Tech:

• Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Complete service reports, maintenance records, and other necessary documentation
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications for the Lead HVAC Tech:

• Valid HVAC Certification or License
• Minimum of 10 years of HVAC experience
• Proficient in HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in a variety of conditions
• Valid CA Drivers License
