Multi-Unit Revenue Director
The Multi-Unit Revenue Director is tasked with maximizing revenue potential across multiple properties by formulating and executing strategic pricing and inventory management plans. This role requires assessing market trends, predicting demand, and adjusting room rates, promotions, and distribution channels to optimize revenue. Close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams ensures the company maintains profitability and a competitive edge while delivering excellent guest experiences. The Director also leads the revenue management team, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and provides actionable insights to senior leadership.
Multi-Unit Revenue Director Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience in revenue management, particularly in multi-property or area roles within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in revenue management systems (RMS).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Design and execute revenue management strategies for multiple properties.
- Assess market conditions, booking patterns, and competitive landscape.
- Optimize pricing, inventory levels, and distribution channels.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics like RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy.
- Offer guidance and leadership to property revenue management teams.
- Deliver financial analytics and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
