Our Kitchen Manager Has:

• 3+ years experience in KM role in a scratch kitchen - 3+ mil/year
• Experience with a breakfast concept
• Serve Safe manager certification
• Strong financial accumen and control of costs
• Proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, lead by example, clear and direct communicator, maintain a high rate of staff retention
• Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships - attitude and drive are everything
