• 4+ years of sales experience in hotels or resorts
• Strong networking and negotiation skills
• Participate in sales strategy meetings and participate in the development of strategic account plans
• Work closely with multiple departments
• Strive to reach and exceed sales goals
• Manage a small team of group sales professionals.
