Job Summary
The VP of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all of our fast-casual restaurant locations while supporting our expansion ensuring operational excellence, managing a high-performance team, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining our high standards of customer service, food quality, and employee engagement. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be instrumental in scaling operations to support our fast-paced growth.
VP of Operations Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $150 - $200k based on experience

VP of Operations Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies that support growth objectives while maintaining the brand's core values
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of General Managers, Area Managers, and restaurant teams fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline operational processes across multiple locations to ensure consistency, improve performance metrics, and reduce waste
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service in all locations ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- P&L Management: Oversee restaurant budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability
- Expansion Support: Partner with the leadership team on new restaurant openings ensuring seamless integration and efficient operations at new locations
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze operational data including sales trends, labor efficiency, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions
- Customer Experience: Continuously improve the customer experience by creating systems that enhance speed of service, accuracy, and overall satisfaction
VP of Operations Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of multi-unit operations experience in a fast-casual restaurant environment
- Proven track record of driving operational success in a growing organization
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls and achieving cost efficiency
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing and mentoring teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-collaboration skills
- Experience with expansion strategies, new store openings, and scaling operations
- Knowledge of restaurant technology systems (POS, inventory management, etc.)
- Commitment to upholding high standards of food safety, customer service, and brand integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
