Qualifications:

• Candidates must me open to relocation to a property in the Mid-West
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hotel senior management role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record in managing conference centers or similar facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the center's operations, including facility management, event planning, catering, and staff management.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the center's reputation, increase revenue, and optimize profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met at all times.
• Manage budgets, financials, and contracts effectively.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support the center's mission and goals.
