Qualifications:
- Candidates must me open to relocation to a property in the Mid-West
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hotel senior management role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in managing conference centers or similar facilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the center's operations, including facility management, event planning, catering, and staff management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the center's reputation, increase revenue, and optimize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are met at all times.
- Manage budgets, financials, and contracts effectively.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support the center's mission and goals.
