• 5+ years in multi-unit director role
• Fine dining - high-volume experience
• Experience collaborating with finance department to set and achieve budgetary goals
• New restaurant opening experience
• Strong professional network

Director of Restaurants Responsibilities:

• Oversee all expenditures to ensure budget adherence
• Constantly monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues that arise
• Oversee development of all management personnel
• Resolve all employee issues with direct communication with HR
• Strategize business growth by constantly monitoring competition and current market trends
