Kitchen Manager Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef in a Chinese cuisine-focused restaurant (must have)
- Strong knowledge of dumpling preparation and Chinese culinary techniques
- ServSafe Food Safety Manager certification
Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure all dishes meet high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency through regular taste tests and quality checks
- Oversee ordering, storage, and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure cost-effective purchasing and minimal wasteKitchen
